Apple devices cannot run Android APK files, so iPhone and iPad users need a different route. We have not confirmed an App Store listing for BDT222, and the download we saw advertised on the homepage on 5 November 2026 is aimed at the Android file. The practical option is to use the brand's site in Safari and place a shortcut on your home screen, which behaves much like an app icon.
Why an APK does not work on iPhone
APK is the package format for Android. iOS uses a different format and a stricter installation route, so there is no way to open an APK on an iPhone, and tools that claim to do this are a reason for suspicion. If a page tells you to install a profile or certificate from an unfamiliar source, close it.
What this means for you: ignore any iOS "APK" and rely on the browser. The Android route is described on the Android APK page.
The Add to Home Screen method
Safari lets you save any site as an icon on your home screen. It opens in its own window without the address bar, which feels like an app, though it is still the website underneath.
- Open Safari and type the brand's address yourself (we saw bdt222.com serving the site)
- Tap the Share button, the square with an upward arrow
- Scroll the list and choose Add to Home Screen
- Name the shortcut and tap Add
- Open the new icon and sign in on the brand's own page
What to expect from a web shortcut
A shortcut loads the site fresh each time, so it picks up changes without updates. The trade-offs are that it needs a connection, and some features such as push alerts may behave differently from a native app. Whether a given game or feature works well on iOS depends on the game provider and your iOS version, so test the lobby before relying on it.
| Aspect | Safari shortcut | Android APK |
|---|---|---|
| Installation | Share menu, no file | Downloaded package file |
| Updates | Automatic, it is the live site | Manual; see the update guide |
| Offline use | Not possible | Not possible for play |
| Storage used | Minimal | More than a shortcut |
Troubleshooting on iOS
If Add to Home Screen is missing, make sure you are in Safari, not an in-app browser inside a chat or social app. If pages load slowly, check mobile data or Wi-Fi, turn off content blockers for the site, and clear Safari's website data for it. Keep iOS updated, and avoid public networks when signing in; our guide on public Wi-Fi explains why. For a general view of installation choices, see the app hub.
